Kennedy Access Group

Use your Kennedy Access Group website account (same email and password you use at www.kennedyaccess.com).

1. Open the Kennedy Access app
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Enter your password
4. Tap Sign In

Password reset is available through the Kennedy Access Group website:

Step 1

Go to www.kennedyaccess.com and click "Login"

Step 2

Enter your email address and click "Next". Then click "Forgot Password"

Step 3

Click "Reset Password". A password reset link will be sent to your email. Follow the link to set a new password.

Step 4

Once your password is updated, use the new password to log in to both the website and the mobile app.

No. The mobile app uses the same account as the Kennedy Access Group website. You do not need to create a new account.

No. For security and privacy reasons, only one account can be signed in on a single device at a time. Multi-account login on the same device is not allowed.

If you need to use a different account, please sign out first and then sign in with the other account.

Open Settings in the app and find Push notifications on this device. Tap Turn on. If your phone no longer asks, the app opens your phone's notification settings — allow notifications for Kennedy Access and return to the app.

When a new version is available, the app shows an update message. Tap Update to open the App Store or Google Play and install it. Some updates are required — the app cannot be used until you install them.
